Before We Start Your Project
We have gathered answers to the questions clients most often ask before starting a project with us.
The timeline depends on the size of the website, the number of pages, the required functionality and the availability of content. A simple business website can usually be completed within 2–4 weeks, while more complex websites typically take 4–8 weeks.
Before starting the work, we define the project scope and provide an estimated delivery schedule.
Each project is priced individually. The cost depends primarily on the number of pages, design requirements, required features, integrations and the scope of content-related work.
After a brief consultation, we can prepare an initial project scope and estimate. The initial consultation and quotation are free of charge.
Yes. We build online stores tailored to the way your business operates. We can create both relatively simple stores and more advanced e-commerce solutions with online payments, order management, customer accounts and integrations with other systems.
Yes. We build websites using Responsive Web Design (RWD), so the interface adapts to desktops, tablets and smartphones. Responsive design is a standard part of our service, not an optional extra.
Yes, if the project requires it. We can provide an administration panel that allows you to manage selected content yourself, such as news, services, projects or other website elements.
The functionality of the administration panel is defined during the system design stage.
It is an application designed around the specific way your business operates, rather than forcing your organisation to adapt to off-the-shelf software.
It may be, for example, a system for managing customers, quotations, documents, orders, projects, requests, internal processes or the flow of information between employees.
A custom solution is particularly worth considering when off-the-shelf software does not match your business processes, employees perform many tasks manually, or information is scattered across Excel spreadsheets, emails and different applications.
A custom system is not always the best solution. We first analyse the problem and only then recommend the appropriate technology.
There is no single price for every system. The cost depends on the required functionality, number of users, level of automation, integrations and the complexity of the business processes.
The project can be divided into stages, starting with the most important features and expanding the system as your business needs evolve.
Yes — and this is often the approach we recommend. Instead of building a large and complex system from the outset, we can create an initial version focused on the most important business process.
Once it is launched, the system can be gradually expanded with additional modules and features.
Many repetitive activities can be automated, including handling enquiries, preparing documents, information workflows, generating reports, sending reminders, updating case statuses, assigning tasks and exchanging data between systems.
The greatest benefits usually come from automating tasks that are performed frequently and follow repeatable rules.
Not necessarily. Existing solutions can often be connected through APIs, data import and export, or an additional application that automates a specific part of the process.
That is why we also analyse the technologies your company already uses before recommending a solution.
Our projects primarily use Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern web technologies and APIs.
However, we select the technology to suit the project — not the other way around.
Security is considered from the application design stage. We use measures such as encrypted HTTPS connections, access control mechanisms, appropriate permission management and solutions designed to prevent unauthorised access to data.
Security measures are also selected according to the type of data and the nature of the system.
Yes, subject to an initial technical review. We can develop, modernise or maintain an existing solution if its technology and technical condition allow us to do so.
We first analyse the code, environment and the way the system operates, and then determine the possible scope of work.
We start with a conversation about your business needs. Our first priority is to understand the problem that needs to be solved.
We then define the project scope, proposed solution and implementation approach. Once the scope has been approved, we can begin the design and development process.
You do not need to prepare a technical specification — simply tell us what you need or describe the problem you want to solve.
No. The initial project consultation and preliminary needs analysis are free of charge and carry no obligation.
You can tell us about your idea, your current way of working or the problem you want to solve. Based on this, we can identify suitable solutions and recommend the next steps.
No. In many cases, clients understand the problem but do not yet know which technology solution will work best. This is completely normal.
During the consultation, we analyse your current workflow and identify which areas could be simplified, organised or automated.
Yes. Solutions for small and medium-sized businesses are one of our core areas of expertise.
We design systems so that the technology matches the company's actual needs and can grow alongside the business.
Yes. We can provide ongoing maintenance, development and administration. This includes day-to-day technical support as well as adding new functionality as your business develops.
The scope of ongoing support is agreed individually.
Yes. We operate in Warsaw and Wrocław, and meetings can be arranged in advance. Projects can also be discussed and delivered entirely remotely.
